Management of R&D programs
We support decision-making by providing and processing relevant information and assessing step-by-step feasibility of the R&D program and analyzing its impact in the development of the SME.
We take into special consideration essential aspects of R&D management including knowledge of the state-of-the-art, feasibility, degree of innovation, resources mobilization, technological capacities of the host, research methodology and approach, risk management and contingency planning, exploitation of research results and protection of intellectual property, definition of milestones and deliverables, provision of development costs and promotion of commercialization.

Individual and collaborative innovation requires a finely tuned operational management essential for increasing the odds of success.
We closely accompany individual operational management in order to anticipate the geographical/sectoral impact of the product, market issues (size, access, time, risk, and potential), strategic importance of the project and visibility, or to underpin company changes and ensure consistency with available skills. We also work in harmonizing collaborative projects, smoothing relationships between partners and overcoming multisectoral and multinational barriers.
